How to Return products 
Important!
Use below form/details to return items with any non quality reasons or for size exchange ONLY!
!! For warranty, quality issues use FORM B2. below !!

Make sure the Returned items fullfil below requirements for payment refunds or exchange:
-
Returned items must state original new, unused condition. (Used items can't be exchanged or refunded).

- Returned items must have original packaging.
- Returned items must have original labeling, info sheets, stickers applied.
- Returned items must have all accessories, as laces, screws, other parts included with the product.

How to Return items with quality issues and warranty exchange

Important!
Use below form/details if You sending back an item for warranty procedure ONLY.

Please fill the sheet with below details and email it to us to mail@wakeshop.hu, with additional pictures of the item as below described.

 Before You would returnd any items to us send info sheet and Pictures as below described (picture size between 500kb and 3MB) in an email to mail@wakeshop.hu

  1. Full view of the item (for bindings both pairs)
  2. Item’s bottom full view
  3. Serial number on item (wakeboards, boards, bindings)

(for wakeboards these are usually between the inserts, or near by them. Bindings and more items comes with a small square warranty sticker by wakeshop with 5 digits number).

  1. Close picture of demage, break 1st
  2. Close picture of demage, break 2st
  3. Copy of warranty sheet

4.
Wait for confirmation from us! (Should be within after 1-5 days). Return items only if the warranty is confirmed after sending above documentation to us in email!

5. Return items to below address if confirmed!
